The first 3 days this home is sold at a discount and you will only pay 4000L, after that it goes up to regular price. So save those lindens on the house and buy the rooms of your dreams to fill it.
This home was made with love and your prim usage in mind. The house is actually only 160prims fully rezzed. You have a very open layout with decoration to match the houses style. Something also unique about this home, is if purchased fully it will only use 1144prims total, fully decorated and ready to live in. How exciting save some prims and live and snuggle in style too!
The Cozy Katie Living Room - The minute you walk through the door you feel at home in this house. You see lovely couches that are fully animated for some quality time well spent. The colors used in the new living room set remind me of the fall and winter....simple and yet beautiful. Adorable picture collage on the wall makes this easy to call your own. (You can replace the pictures with your family, friends, my family won't mind.)
The Cozy Katie Kitchen - Again a new lower prim, highly interactive kitchen set with island. Make a warm and cozy meal and laugh a little at the island with your partner, your friends or your family. Meals are always more cozy when shared with the ones that you love.
The Cozy Katie Formal Dining Room - The new style flows throughout the house with new style tables and seating (booster seat options in the chairs for your little ones), with sits to eat, chat, drink and more. Snuggle up my the window and watch the leaves fall or the snow fall, however you choose the spend the day with end up being the cozy way.
The Cozy Katie Breakfast Nook - Who has time to have a formal meal at the dining room table everyday of the week?
